Well! It's finally summer! Summer is finally here! The month after Spring has arrived! Whatever, Llama gets it, we all do. I think. Well anyway... SUMMER!
Summer (n):
Season. Warm season. No school. Fun. No homework. Sitting. Relaxing. Happiness. (this sounds really cheesy, but it is so true!)
Summer is many peoples' favorite season for all of the reasons above, but it can get really hot and you often forget stuff you learned during the year!
So... summer= bummer?

Ok, so 4 days ago we had a legendary victory made by Senator Barack Obama of Illinois. He and his running mate Joe Biden are soon to be the 44th President and vice-president of the United States!!!! Sen. Obama's opponant was Senator John McCain of Arizona who's running mate was Sarah Palin. After 22 months we FINALLY have the future president! This is a very important election because when my parents where kids black people weren't even allowed to drink out of the same water fountain as white kids, and now we have a black president of the U.S.A!!!!! Quoting Obama: "It could only happen in America!"

Olympics

Hey! The Olympics are staring again soon! On August 8th. I think. Maybe it's August 7th. No. August 8th. Well, actually, I'm not sure, but that's what I heard. There will be swimming, running, gymnastics... I'm not sure what else. But be sure to watch it so you'll know.

Hey! You should really go green. Here's some reasons why:

Antarctica is melting! If it leaves us completely, the ocean will rise 20 ft!
Pollution is taking over the earth! In some places, animals are dying and it is hard to breathe and see!
Kids in about 30 years may never see snow! That's right, no skiing, snowboarding, sledding...

4. Do you really want to live on a dying world? Please try to help.

Bike & walk
Get hybrids and small cars
Turn off lights

Llamas, Lamas, green pajamas!

What color are your pajamas? Mine are yellow, but Llama always wears green ones. He has green summer ones, green winter ones, green spring ones, and green autumn ones. He even has green starbursts on his spring ones! Oh my! I forgot to introduce Llama to you! Llama is my best friend, my partner in crime, we do everything together!He was also my parents' "BFF", in fact, Llama is so old that he was also my great, great, great, great, great, great, great grand parents were friends with Llama. Llama named me Starburst because of his pj's. He speaks lots of languages: English, Spanish, French, Chinese, German, Polish, Japanese, Portuguese, Korean, Vietnamese, Italian and Arabic. You would love Llama if you knew him. Good bye, Adios, Au revoir, ****, auf wiedersein, ****, sayonara, ciao, ****, ****, ciao, ****. To bad Llama isn't here now, he could tell me how to say the starred(*) ones.

Dreaming llamas

Ever had a weird dream and the next morning go somewhere and start asking people about it
like it really happened? Well, two days ago, I went out and started asking people if they had seen my llamas! (I think you've noticed I have a thing about llamas.) They looked at me as if I had two heads! I kept talking: Yah! They escaped last night! They were right there then, COK-A-DOODLE-DOO! And they were gone!

Now people were looking at me as if I had six heads! Then I realized none of them had seen my llamas, so I dropped the subject. It was humiliating! Later I drew a picture of a llama and my friend and I put it into a box hoping to discover who would find it. I went back to talking about the missing llamas, people were looking at me like I had eleven heads. You may not believe me, but I know my llamas are out there. Somewhere.

Llamas on ice

Have you ever seen a llama skate?... I didn't think so . How 'bout a starburst?... well, if you had gone ice skating at the new skating rink, you would have seen both ! I know, you're thinking: Gosh, this Starburst is crazy! But, it's true. Starbursts on size 1/4 skates... BE REASONABLE!
But anyway, you don't have to belive me, that's your problemo.

Today is Halloween. We went Trick-OR-Treating for about an hour and a half. I saw a lot of people I knew. It was 5o F. (Not super cold... but I was in a tank-top!) I ran into someone I knew who had fake blood pills that you bite then spit it out and red liquid came out... it was disgusting!
(He said it tasted like cough medicine. BLAH!)

Have you ever given your mom a surprise party? I almost blew it 4 times! It was her 50th birthday. My friend left something at my house and I told her we could give it to them on Sunday! My mom had no idea why we would see them on Sunday! That happened a lot! Then I saw some of the guests on the doorstep when we were almost at the party place! I had to attack Mom! Well just giving you a heads-up... it's hard to give a surprise party. Really hard.
